Junior Creative
A Bit About Us:

never rest until we’ve delivered big, beautiful, brave ideas for our clients. (Who, incidentally, are
among some of the most famous, fabulous brands in the world.)
And while we’re focussed on fearlessness our skillset is deliberately varied. As a result, we attract
diverse creative briefs from all over the world – which (aside from being brilliant) keeps our
mojo* buoyant.
*What makes our studio special (aside from our play area) is our culture. We call it our mojo and

The Right Skills:
Our new Junior Creative will help push us foreword continuing to stun clients (in a good way)
by creating both commercially effective and creatively brilliant work, enhancing brands along
the way. You will need the skills to produce and present stunning creative in a way that ensures
your ideas are heard. Always.
You will have gained some experience operating at a similar level. You will be mad for creativity;
have bags of personality and drive; be proactive in anticipating client requirements and willing to
go the extra mile to delight our clients.
The Role – we want you to:

Assist Taxi Studio in continuing to be regarded as a top UK creative agency, building on a
150+ awards tally – and to chase down the (so far elusive) D&AD Yellow Pencil. (Then,
naturally, chasing down the Black one.)
Support the Senior team and ensure that we always answer the client brief within budget
and on time and help us push the company forward with regard to Fearless Creativity.
Support the development of Taxi Studio’s creative and technological capabilities.
Produce award-winning profitable work that underpins our ethos (Fearless Creativity
in case you missed it!)
Manage projects and tasks effectively, ensuring you are constantly pushing your creative
and technical abilities to generate the best creative output.
Undertake smaller projects and liaise with clients (with and without support) on projects
to ensure deadlines are met.
Take an active role in the studio, ask questions when you’re unsure about anything and
ALWAYS let someone know if you’ve made an error (it will happen) so we can react and
resolve quickly.
Liaise with suppliers on projects and be prepared to meet new relevant suppliers.
Create and deliver final artwork… all with first-rate customer service.
Support the delivery of end-to-end project management.
Be a highly-motivated individual who’s passionate about Fearless Creativity and
ignites the studio.
Be an inspiration! By contributing regularly to Show & Tell sessions and sharing your
creative interests with the team.
Carry out less glamorous (yet still really important) jobs and tasks.
Own the printer maintenance ensuring they are constantly in working order.
Maintain and regularly archive completed projects from the server onto portable hard
drives & keep the digital index system up to date.
Be responsible for daily computer server back up - execute and take home mobile hard
drive off site and return to studio as required.
Provide support to the entire studio and assist with any Ad-hoc requests.
