SHERMAN HAS 10 TIMES AS MUCH AVAILABLE CASH-ON-HAND AS BERMAN
Yesterday, top DC pollster, Dianne Feldman released a poll showing that Sherman is leading by 25 points.

Last night’s filings with the FEC (FEC.gov) reflect the following cash at September 30. These are in stark
contrast to the primary, when the Berman campaign outspent Sherman by $2 million (but still lost by 10%).

The only entity that has made independent expenditures for Berman has only $253,000 available, as of
September 30. The National Realtors Association and Californians for Integrity in Government have already
made independent expenditures supporting Sherman totaling $1,300,000, per FEC reports. No one can predict
future independent expenditures.
