About Clownfish

There are 28 species of clown fish. They are
orange, yellow, maroon and many other colors. The
most common clown fish is the one that looks like
NEMO and is bright orange with white stripes. Clown
fish are between 2 and 4 inches long.
Clown Fish live on the ocean
floor. They live among poisonous
sea anemones but are not bothered
by the anemones. The clown fish
help the anemones by eating the
parasites on them. Clown fish are
omnivores. They eat plants
and animals. They eat
algae, plankton and small
crustaceans. They live in
warm waters of the Pacific
and Indian Oceans, the Red
sea and the Great Barrier
