IF AN APPRENTICE IS ALREADY EMPLOYED, AND 21 YEARS OF AGE OR MORE, WHEN THE APPRENTICE ENTERS INTO AN APPRENTICESHIP If an apprentice is 21 years of age or more at the time of commencing their apprenticeship and already employed, the adult apprentice will continue to receive the rate of pay applicable to their previous classification. B.
