“Spot Me” Gas Giveaway Official Rules

How to Enter:
Individuals who request a “Spot Me” car cling agree to display the cling in a visible location (either on
the back window or rear bumper) of their vehicle. Car clings are available at all AurGroup locations
and/or may be requested via our website at www.aurgroup.org.
Individuals displaying the “Spot Me” car clings on their vehicle’s back window/rear bumper will have a
chance weekly to win $50 gas cards throughout the summer. One vehicle spotted out in the community
displaying the “Spot Me” car cling will be randomly selected by credit union officials to win a $50 gas
card each week.
Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open to all individuals who are 16 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees
and officials of AurGroup, their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and/or other
persons living in the same household as such officials or employees, whether related or not, or any other
persons/entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes are ineligible to enter or win a prize. AurGroup
reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without notice.
Prize:
One (1) $50 gas card will be awarded each week starting July 6, 2015 through September 25, 2015. A
total of twelve (12) weekly claim forms, each with a gas card value of $50, will be awarded.
Drawing:
Each week, between July 6, 2015 and September 25, 2015, one (1) vehicle spotted out in the community
displaying the “Spot Me” car cling will be randomly selected by credit union officials to receive a $50 gas
card.
Winners will be responsible for the payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes imposed on the
prizes, and may be required as a condition of receiving a prize to provide AurGroup with his or her Social
Security number so that appropriate reports may be filed with the appropriate taxing authorities. The
winner will be required to show personal identification and may be required to sign and return an affidavit
of eligibility within 14 days of notification attempt. If such an affidavit is required, a failure to return the
affidavit in the time noted will result in disqualification of the winner’s entry and the random selection of
an alternate winner.
Notification:
 Weekly prize winners will be given a claim form, either in-person or on their car, which will
instruct them on how to claim their $50 gas card. AurGroup is not responsible for notifications
that are misdirected or not received.
Consent to Publicity and Release:
Winners agree that at AurGroup’s discretion, we may publish the names of our winners on our website,
www.aurgroup.org, and may request that a photograph of our winners be taken at the time prizes are
presented which may be published on our web site.

Conditions:
Void where prohibited or restricted. AurGroup not responsible for any lost, damaged, forged, postagedue, incomplete or illegible entries. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspects of this
Sweepstakes, or who AurGroup believes is causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be
disqualified.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and to
accept the decision of the judges as final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Entrants also hereby
agree to release and hold AurGroup harmless from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, claims,
actions, proceedings, settlements or judgments arising out of or relating to entrant’s entry, participation in
this Sweepstakes, participation in any prize-related activities, or use or misuse of any prize awarded
hereunder.
No Purchase Necessary:
To enter the Sweepstakes you are not required to purchase goods or services from AurGroup.
Submission:
Submission of this form by the winner constitutes the winner’s agreement to abide by the terms &
conditions of these official rules.
