Characteristics:
● System has a head-to-toe NIJ Level IV ballistic protection zone of 20” wide by 72” high
including protection against projectiles skipping off the ground.
● System folds into a compact unit measuring no more than 32.5” x 34” x 13.5”.
● Armor prevents ricochet and splatter by capturing and containing projectiles.
● Armor system has adequate overlapping surfaces to prevent gap penetration.
● System has a viewport consisting of >2.5 square feet of no-spall transparent armor.
● System is mobile (able to be easily maneuvered after deployment by one person).
● Optional side panels may be attached to extend the ballistic protection zone; side
panels may also function independently as hand-carry shields.
● Two or more individual systems may be securely linked together for extended ballistic
protection while maintaining full mobility and continuous coverage (overlapped
panels).
● System has four solid tires each with a diameter of approximately 10 inches; tires,
wheels, and axles will continue to function after sustaining multiple hits by gunfire.
● Wheels turn independently for movement in any direction and have independent
steering locks on each wheel.
● Entire System is manufactured in the United States of America.
Certifications:
● Armor is certified as NIJ Level IV by an independent, recognized third-party ballistics
testing laboratory.
● Armor is certified to defeat (5) NIJ Level IV shots to a single 12” x 12” panel.
● Armor is certified to defeat (2) NIJ Level IV shots placed one directly upon the other
(shot-on-shot).
