President`s Circle Leadership Forum to feature Republican

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Nashua, N.H. January 13, 2016
President's Circle Leadership Forum to feature Republican presidential
candidate Governor Jeb Bush
The Rivier University President’s Circle will feature Republican presidential candidate Governor
Jeb Bush at a Leadership Forum event on January 20, 2016, from 7:30-9 a.m. Business and
community leaders are invited to register now for this breakfast and networking event. Space is
limited and pre-registration is required online at www.rivier.edu/presidentscircle.
Serving as the 43rd governor of the state of Florida from 1999 through 2007, Jeb Bush was the
third Republican elected to the state’s highest office and the first Republican in Florida’s history
to be reelected.
As governor, he remained true to his conservative principles throughout his two terms in office,
cutting $19 billion in taxes, vetoing more than $2 billion in earmarks and reducing the state
government workforce by more than 13,000. Following his time as governor, he returned to the
private sector and has devoted time to issues he is passionate about, including education
reform. In 2013, Bush authored Immigration Wars: Forging an American Solution, along with
leading constitutional litigator Clint Bolick, outlining a conservative reform strategy to fix the
nation’s immigration system.
The Rivier University President’s Circle brings together business and community leaders to
discuss issues that impact the businesses and citizens of New Hampshire and Massachusetts. To
