(Hong Kong – 9th January 2017) - This January, treat your appetite and soul with oyster-themed
sumptuous culinary delights at Café Express’ Oyster Parade Dinner Buffet.
Situated on the lobby floor of Hotel Panorama by Rhombus, Café Express features the popular
Alaskan crab legs and freshly-shucked oysters. As the New Year arrives, Café Express introduces the
finest oysters from all over the world including French Fine de Claire, Irish Rock, South-African
Namibia and U.S. Pacific Rock. A new array of oyster-inspired dishes is created with diverse
ingredients and cooking methods, including Oyster Frittata, Baked U.S. Blue Point Oysters with
Bacon, Onion and Parsley, Baked West Africa Oysters with Cream Cheese Sauce and Deepfried Hiroshima Oysters. What’s more, the culinary team elevates the dining experience of each
guest with half piece of Boston Lobster.
The whole new selection of hot and cold dishes includes, Avocado, Mango & Papaya with Alaska
Crabmeat Salad, Chilled Green Tea Noodles with Seafood, Braised Ox-tail in Red Wine Sauce,
Roasted Pacific Oyster with Pork Wine, Seafood Fried Rice with XO Sauce and more.
The renowned Seafood Counter showcases a tasty selection of fresh seafood. Available in both
sessions of dinner buffet, highlights feature the popular Alaskan King Crab Legs, Alaskan Snow
Crab Legs, Freshly-shucked Oysters, Sea Whelks, Mussels and Poached Shrimps.
Featuring a Sashimi & Sushi Counter, the dinner buffet also offers savoury refreshments, served
right to the table by the Chefs. Guests can take the chance to meet the Chefs and share the unique
dining experience.
Last but not least, don’t miss the delightful desserts, including Steamed Egg White with Bird’s Nest,
