Below are instructions on how to view your W2 on ESS.
EMPLOYEE SELF SERVICE (ESS) – View your W2
STEP 1: Go to the ESS web site
Go the Employee Self Service (Munis Self Service) by following this link:
https://bereaoh.munisselfservice.com/ SAVE THI S TO YOUR FAVORI TES FOR FUTURE QUI CK REFEREN CE.
STEP 2: Go to the Log-In Screen
STEP 3: Enter your log in information
You should see the following screen.
Choose
this option
if you have
forgotten
your
password.
Click on Log-In

STEP 4: Select Employee Self Service from the options
You should see this screen.
Your Name
Choose this option
STEP 5: You should see the below screen with your information
From the “Paychecks” section – click on the “View last year’s W2)
Your name, address and phone
Appear here.
Your sick, vacation and personal time will appear here.
Click on View last year’s W2

STEP 6: Choose “View W-2 image”
This is the top section of the screen you will see with your W-2 Information. To see your actual W-2 image choose
“View W-2 image.

Your address
Click on the “View W-2 image”
