External gear pumps
The movable parts of the external gear pumps consist of two external
teeth, which are turn reversed directions. The drive pinion is coupled
with the shaft through a connection system. The other gear pinion is
driven by the drive pinion.
Internal gear pumps
The internal gear pump is a displacement pump with two pinions,
which turn in the same direction and fit into each other in the pump
housing
Vane pumps with fixed flow rate
Rotor
The vane pump with fixed flow rate consists of fluted rotor,
which turns in a ring. In the rotor flute are impellers, which
divide the free space between the rotor and the ring.
Palette
Vane pumps with automatically controlled flow rate
The vane pump consists of a housing in which the rotor turns
tangential to the stator.
To assure the variable flow rate the ring is mobile.
The ring moves between two fixed flanges.
Piston pumps with automatically controlled flow rate
The flow rate variation will be reached by changing the plate
falling grade. There is no flow rate when the plate is vertical to
the piston tube axis.
The number of pistons defines the stability of the flow rate.
