Having a phone to call printer services to fix printer errors by the printers so students are going to the library desks
and the desks then having to call the printer people
Maybe some guide of app, or online feature that can help students navigate the different law stacks and overall
logistics of the library.
I don't think I have had to use "technical services" so I am unsure.
The IT students are EXCELLENT. they are knowledgeable, patient and very helpful!!!
I think offering IT resources or loaning IT supplies for students working on certain class projects - i.e. signing out a
cable needed to connect to a computer to a projector for a Trial Ad presentation would be great.
I had no idea there was an IT service thing until right now.
Yes, the library computer lab needs an update. The computers are very slow.
we need printers on all floors of the library, and we also need more scanners. The one on the 2nd floor is not
sufficient.
