ObamaCARE will Ration Medical
Services just like in Socialist Countries
As part of ObamaCare's implementation, Obama has appointed an
Independent Physicians Advisory Board (IPAB), a powerful unelected 15-member
panel. The IPAB's main job is to oversee Medicare cuts under ObamaCare. Even
worse, they are accountable to only the President and can seemingly even override Congress in controlling Medicare spending!
The Wall Street Journal described Obama's cost-cutting IPAB this way...
"Mr. Obama, by contrast, is relying on the so far unidentified technocratic
reforms of 15 so far unidentified geniuses who are supposed to give up medical
practice or academic research for the privilege of a government salary. Since the
board is not allowed by law to restrict treatments, ask seniors to pay more, or raise
taxes or the retirement age, it can mean only one thing: arbitrarily paying less for
the services seniors receive, via fiat pricing."
Many experts are predicting that healthcare rationing will be part of IPAB's
oversight responsibility. This is a worst-case scenario developing for America's
seniors. And it isn't far removed from the "death panel" picture that Obama, Pelosi,
and Reid so vehemently denied when passing this healthcare disaster.
Defending America's seniors from this unconscionable attack is the Liberty
Counsel's lawsuit against ObamaCare, and two federal judges already declared
Obama’s health care scam to be partially un-Constitutional.
Liberty Counsel will do everything possible to make sure that ObamaCare is
struck down judicially, legislatively, or administratively. We WILL stand on behalf
of America's seniors against ObamaCare! Just 15 days after the Easter Holiday,
we'll be in court, contending that the misnamed "Patient Protection and Affordable
Care Act" (ObamaCare) is totally unconstitutional! All across America, fellow
patriotic Americans REFUSE to allow Obama to turn America into just another
second-rate socialist state!

America’s Birth Certificate:
Declaration of Independence Historic
Document on Display at Pearl Harbor
Obama the Usurper is shame to show his birth certificate to prove if he is a
natural born American citizen, but the historic Declaration of Independence, considered the United States of America’s birth certificate, is on display at the Pearl
Harbor Visitors Center for a two-day exhibit.
Printed copies of the Declaration of Independence were made on July 4, 1776
and rushed to the 13 colonies to be read to the people and signed. 200 copies, and
this is one of the originals, according to the director of special events for the Lear
Foundation’s Declaration of Independence Road Trip to Hawaii. Hawaii is the
44th state on the nationwide tour of the "People's Document" establishing the
only country in the world where The People are the Sovereign, government serves,
and the tyranny of the King of England was thrown off in the Revolution.
Only 24 were known to exist until this particular copy was found in 1989 by
a flea market shopper. "An unsuspecting buyer went out and purchased a frame
that he liked for $4. Between the canvas and the frame, when he was inspecting
a tear, he saw this document that was folded up behind there," said Miller.
"It's a great honor and we do see lots of visitation. So having it here provides
the maximum opportunity to showcase this document," said Eileen Martinez, chief
of interpretation at the Pearl Harbor Visitors Center.
The Declaration of Independence is enclosed in an airtight case and travels
with tight security, on display at the Pearl Harbor Visitors Center on Tuesday and
Wednesday [today]
The visitors center will be open extended hours for these two days from 7 a.m.
To 7 p.m. to accommodate more people. Admission is free.

Obama-economy
is Debt Crisis
Obama’s Treasury Department has projected that the government will reach
the $14.3 trillion debt-ceiling limit no later than May 16 and run out of options for
avoiding default by early July.
As the numbers show, the debt cannot be repaid without dollar debasement.
If the US were a company, it’d already be in Chapter 11.
FoxNews published a WHOPPER of a story, though it somehow has not
caught the attention of most people.
For the first time since the Great Depression, the US is now
officially paying out more benefits than tax receipts.

If the US were a company, it’d be spending more in salaries than it makes in
sales. Aside from being unprofitable, it’s also got a MASSIVE debt load. And it’s
current policy of paying out more than it makes only increases this debt load…
which begs the question… who’s going to pay the interest payments on the debt?
More than half of all Americans (59%) receive a Government payout in one
form or another. This is not a sliver of the population…it is endemic to the system. So those who complain endlessly about Government spending need to consider they as well as half of everyone they know, likely gets some kind of assistance in the form of social security, Medicare, food stamps or what have you.
Here’s another zinger: Government payouts account for 79% of household
growth since 2007. In other words, the only thing that has kept the US consumer
afloat in the last four years is payouts from Uncle Sam.
To say that these ObamaBushClinton policies are unsustainable is the understatement of the year. The only reason the US hasn’t seen a complete debt implosion followed by hyperinflation is because the Federal Reserve is propping up the
debt market with paper money printing that is prohibited the by Constitution for
the United States of America. STOP IT ! REVOLT Makaala !

been like if every Security operative [insert your favorite alphabet Gang DEA,

night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and
had to say goodbye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for
example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people hadnot simply sat there in their lairs, paling in terror at every bang of the downstairs
door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left
to lose [neither do you now] and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an

Therefore:
I urge you to vote AGAINST the Magazine Ban Bill (H.R.

If passed, H.R. 308 would outlaw the sale or transfer of

Without the petitions from pro-gun Americans, it is impossible for the
National Association for Gun Rights to keep the pressure on fence-sitting members of Congress in order to defeat gun control.
The gunowners’ Nightmare come true is HR308
In the wake of the Arizona tragedy, anti-gun groups and politicians have been
falling all over themselves to “cash in” with radical new gun control schemes.
HR 308 is just the beginning.
Got your guns, yet?
If police are going to issue permits to legislators and judges and prosecutors,
then you see the PURPOSE of concealed carry our way. No more need for permits, no need for registration, microstamping, no more quarrel with open carry,
or other gun laws. Nobody needs a permit for self defense !
It's good to know that legislators finally see it our way.
President George Washington understood the importance of personal values
as the underpinning of a great nation. In his farewell address, written after serving eight years as our first president, Washington wrote, "Of all the dispositions
and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensible supports." Washington understood that in order for a country to be able to
self-govern, that trust between individuals based on common values was important foundationally as demonstrated by Japanese in this time of crises.

1. An armed man is a citizen. An unarmed man is a subject.

Assault is a behavior, not a gun device.
Criminals love gun control -- it makes their jobs safer.
If guns cause crime, then matches cause arson.
Only a government that is afraid of citizens prohibits guns.
You only have the rights you are willing to fight for.
Remove the people's right to bear arms, you create slaves.
The American Revolution was about gun control.
Crimes of Politicians Must Be Stopped by The People (You are The Militia)
The crime on our streets is a tiny fraction of the crime in the offices of our politicians and bureaucrats - the massive majority of crime is committeed by the criminal classes in
power. Just look at the constant abuse of power in our State government offices and you will realize the extent of crime in Government. Just consider just how many BILLIONS of
dollars a day Government extorts from the people and how little WE get in return; and just how comfortable the politicians make themselves at the expense of the peoples they extort!
The goal of the founders of America was to restrict government within severe limits and to protect the rights of soverign individuals. Government has NO rights!
Judges are impeachable. Furthermore, judges may be removed immediately for violating oaths of office, involvement in conspiracies, extortion, and failing to uphold their duty
to the common law. Judges can also be arrested, they are not exempt from this nor are any other officials, including the President of the United States.
Do the people have the power to do this? Yes, the people have the power to do everything to defend our country against all enemies foreign or domestic politician, and government has no power to say otherwise. Fascist bureaucrats might send out its armed marauders, but a huge group of The People (Militia) armed with guns as guaranteed their Right to
keep and bear arms by the 2nd Amendment is likely to stop them unless the governments decide that it is time to begin mass killings of all people who believe in the rights of Man.
Wake up ! Enforce the Bill of Rights !

Hawaiian Trust Lands Issued by State of
Hawaii for Non-Homesteading Purposes
The Native Hawaiian Policy Center has completed a publication on
Hawaiian home land leases by the state of Hawaii, Department of Hawaiian
Home Lands (DHHL). The Desktop Reference Guide made available to member organizations of the Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement (CNHA),
completes research based on the 2009 Annual Financial Report issued by
DHHL.
"This has been a great project to look at real data to gain a more clear picture of how the trust lands of Hawaiians have been deployed by DHHL over the
last many years," said Michelle Kauhane, one of 18 members on the board of
CNHA and the Policy Center's Chairwoman. "It shows that just over 67,000
acres of the total 200,000 acres of lands have been authorized for use for purposes that are not homesteading for residential, agricultural or pastoral leases to
Hawaiians themselves. That's 34% of our total lands."
The Desktop Reference Guide became a priority for CNHA and the Policy
Center it administers, when members identified the process under which the
state of Hawaii issued lands was not transparent, nor standardized for requesting
businesses, individuals and other organizations. The priority was adopted at the
Annual Native Hawaiian Convention in October 2010 at the Hawai‘i
Convention Center.
"We've spent the last six months working on the project in fulfillment of
this policy priority by our member leaders," said Robin Danner, CNHA
President. "The data has always been out there, but not published by state government in a way that gives a full view. We know this will help advise not only
our Hawaiian leaders in the homesteads, but also the new Abercrombie administration, and perhaps most importantly, the brand new Hawaiian Homes
Commissioners to be cleared by the state senate this month."
Danner believes in increased transparency and consultation with Hawaiian
community leaders in the administration of the Hawaiian Home Land Trust, as
well as the ceded land revenue trust administered by the Office of Hawaiian
Affairs. "Both of these trusts will perform better when they have the benefit of

data, and also, the benefit of the incredible knowledge of their beneficiaries,"
Danner remarked.
Findings published in the DRG are not limited to, but include the following:
1. A total of 67,736 acres have been issued under 702 land instruments
statewide for non-homesteading purposes, representing 34% of the total land
trust. 13,096 acres or 21% are under long term general leases, 28,444 acres or
42% are under month to month revocable permits and 26,195 acres or 37% are
under short and long term licenses for public purposes.
2. The annual revenue received by the state by issuing these land instruments for non-homesteading purposes instead of issuing homestead leases to
Hawaiians totals $11.6 million per year as reported in the 2009 DHHL annual
report. The average revenue earned for the trust totaled $14.32 per acre per
month on the 67,736 acres. It should be noted, the state spends in excess of $14
million per year on state government workers to administer the trust, which
exceeds the revenue generated, creating a net loss to beneficiaries of the trust
not only in funding, but also lands not available to them for homesteading.
3. Hawaii Island lands are deployed for non-homesteading purposes the
most at 37,986 acres, compared to Kauai at 927 acres, Maui at 14,056 acres and
Oahu at 2,145 acres. Oahu lands earn the most revenue at an average of $3,127
per acre per month.
4. The DRG describes the Lingle DHHL doctrine which put into motion an
even more aggressive diversion of trust lands away from homesteading purposes
and toward land instruments for non-homesteading purposes. Former Governor
Lingle and her DHHL administration cut off any state funding support for the
administration of the trust, forcing the government agency to take lands intended
for homesteading and placing them into non-homesteading use in order to support the costs and expenses of the government agency operations.
5. Every non-homesteading land instrument in place as of 2009 is published in the DRG. Examples include a general lease of 509 acres to Maui Land
and Pine on Maui for $11.52 per acre per month, and a month to month revocable permit of 5 acres of beach front property to a church on Kauai for $63.00 a
month that has been in place for over 20 years. The church posts no trespassing
signs along the beach, and coordinates no activities involving the larger community use of the trust land parcel.
6. A specific section in the DRG is dedicated to the Native Hawaiian
Policy Center project wherein a standardized land request application form
developed through consultation with beneficiary leaders is presented. The application form would put forward pertinent information for the Hawaiian Homes
Commission to consider before taking action on non-homesteading land
requests.
Copies of the DRG have been distributed to newly elected Governor
Abercrombie and Lieutenant Governor Schatz, newly appointed Hawaiian
Homes Commission Chair, Alapaki Nahalea, the Federal Director of the Office
of Native Hawaiian Relations at the U.S. Department of the Interior, and to
every elected homestead association president.
"This DRG is powerfully important to our beneficiary community, and to
the new Abercrombie administration as it develops its strategy over the next
four years for this unique trust," said Dickie Nelson, President of the
Association of Hawaiians for Homestead Lands, a CNHA member. "It is also
important to share with the Obama Administration, because the federal government has a trust responsibility under the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act.
The Office of Native Hawaiian Relations at the U.S. Department of the Interior,
along with Secretary Salazar, are important overseers of DHHL and state government in the administration of the Hawaiian Home Lands Trust."
The publication entitled Desktop Reference Guide: Disposition of
Hawaiian Home Lands by the State of Hawaii for Non-Homesteading Uses,
includes a listing of every land instrument issued by island and by type of
instrument, as well as copies of legislation enacted in 2010 by the Hawaii
Legislature under the championship of Senator Clayton Hee to mandate
Beneficiary Consultation and revenue sharing to cultural and community nonprofits. For more information, or to receive a copy of the DRG, email
