Statistical analysis
Nonparametric tests were used due to small study population.
Data for categorical variables are reported as number and percent. Chi-Square
test or Fisher’s Exact test when appropriate, were used for comparisons between
groups, and McNemar’s test for comparison within groups.
Continuous variables are reported as median and range. Mann-Whitney U-tests
were used for comparison between groups, and Wilcoxon Signed Rank tests
within groups.
