Use Maxwell’s stress tensor to determine the net force on the "northern"
hemisphere of a uniformly charged solid sphere of radius and charge .
Assume the sphere is located at the origin. As your volume, use a cylinder of
radius R and height R coaxial with the z axis with its base located on the xy
plane.
