The Broadcasters Foundation of America
is making a difference for:
A 28-year television executive suffered a debilitating stroke and exhausts all of
his resources trying to fight back. For six years the Broadcasters Foundation of
America has been at his side providing the financial assistance necessary for him
to regain an acceptable level of independence and maintain his personal dignity.
A 30-year nationally known radio personality in the final years of his life suffering
from Lou Gehrig’s Disease. This individual has been able to remain in his home
surroundings because of the support of the Broadcasters Foundation of America.
The wife and mother of two young girls of a broadcaster who died of a massive
heart attack in the prime of his career. Three weeks after his death she was
diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. The Broadcasters Foundation of America has
helped keep this family together for over four years.
