GROUP DISCOUNT
How do I qualify for a Group Discount?
To qualify for a group discount (a "Group Discount"), you must be a group of 20 or more people affiliated with
each other, as determined by the Toronto Blue Jays. Examples include company employees, members of a sports
team, a school class, church members and family and/or friends. Your tickets must be for the same game in the
same seating category, and must be purchased in one transaction. To find out if your group qualifies for a Group
Discount during the 2015 season, please contact an Account Executive by calling 416-341-1188. Please note that
seats available for Group Discounts are limited and are subject to availability.
What are the different discount levels?
Groups eligible for a Group Discount (see above) will receive a discount on tickets to games during the 2015
regular season in accordance with the pricing charts.
Can I receive a Group Discount for the Home Opener?
No. Group Discounts are not available for the Honda Home Opener on Monday April 13, 2015. Groups that are
otherwise eligible for a Group Discount will be charged the full ticket price, but will not be charged any service
charges.
Do schools and camps receive a special Group Discount?
Yes. For the games played on the designated School Day and Camp Day, schools or camps (as applicable) will
be eligible to receive a special Group Discount in most seating categories. For all other games, the standard
Group Discount rates apply. For the 2015 season, the designated School Day is Wednesday, June 10 and the
designated Camp Day is Thursday, August 13.
ORDERING GROUP TICKETS
To receive a Group Discount, is there a deadline for ordering my tickets?
Yes. Tickets purchased as part of a Group Discount must be ordered at least one (1) business day prior to the
game. For example, tickets to a game scheduled on a Monday must be ordered by the preceding Friday.
Is a deposit required to receive a Group Discount?
Yes. You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit in an amount that is equal to the greater of (a) 50% of the
price of your ticket order at the Group Discount; and (b) the price of 20 tickets at the Group Discount.
When is the full payment due?
We require full payment for tickets to the Honda Home Opener by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 30, 2015.
We require full payment for tickets to any other game during the 2015 season by the date that is 14 calendar days
prior to the date of the game.
Are refunds or exchanges available?
No. Refunds and exchanges are not available on tickets purchased with a Group Discount. However, in the event
of a game cancellation there may be an opportunity to exchange tickets. Check with your Account Executive for
details.
OTHER BENEFITS
How do I receive a group greeting on the video board?
Groups eligible for the Group Discount are entitled to receive a complimentary greeting on the video board during
the game. To have your group listed in the greeting, you must submit your group's name as you wish it to appear
to your Account Executive at least 5 business days prior to the game. All group names are subject to our
approval. Group greetings are not available for the Honda Home Opener on April 13, 2015 or for the Canada Day
game on July 1, 2015. Ask your Account Executive for more details.
Group greetings are limited to your group's name. To request a birthday, anniversary or special welcome on the
video board, a $100 charitable donation to Jays Care Foundation™ is required. To book this type of greeting,
