SODA/GATORADE CASE ORDERING GUIDE
1. Process will be different from years in the past as we will have Pepsi staff onsite throughout the event.
2. We will take pre-orders to get a good idea on basic needs to get setup, but we will have additional
product onsite throughout the event. Pepsi staff will be going around and determining levels of product
and needs for product orders. We will be able to continue to deliver, as you continue to buy.
3. No credit card required for reserved products. Cash sales at time of delivery.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING SYSTEM
- The initial orders can be placed in advance and the Pepsi team will deliver prior to the beginning of the
event.
- Customers will pay CASH upon receipt of product directly to the Pepsi team.
- Throughout the event we will take additional orders and deliver product to the stands as product is
ordered and needed. We will also have Pepsi staff going around to take orders from vendors.
- Product is delivered to the vendors from the Pepsi distrbution point.
- Copy of your Reseller Permit needs to be on file with the event coordinator.
- Ice barrels – Pepsi will provide a limited amount of ice bins for merchandising. There will be a check-in
and check-out process for these bins.
-If you are requesting an ice bin, Pepsi will need to know at least two weeks prior. We have a limited

may NOT contain logos of any other competitors’ brand and if so they must be covered up during the event. First-come, first-serve
