If your daughter is going to be late for registration, please advise the staff at least two weeks in advance so other arrangements can be made. If, on the day, you will not be able to make registration, please call the camp phone number to make alternative arrangements. Registration will be held at the McNutt Dormitory. Any prescription medications that are brought to the camp must be registered with the medical staff. A refrigerated area is available for medications and is organized through camp athletic trainers. Medical staff will have posted hours before and after training sessions and are available by pager/cell phone, at all times. A member of the medical staff will be on dorm duty each night to handle any urgent situations. CODES OF BEHAVIOR — All campers are expected to behave in a reasonable manner and to abide by all schedules and requests from the camp coaching staff, medical staff and IU employees. Alcohol, cigarettes and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Anyone found in violation of Indiana Soccer Camp and/or Indiana University rules and regulations will be dismissed from the camp. There are no refunds for campers dismissed from camp for behavior problems. LOST AND FOUND — With any camp there are always items that cannot be found or that disappear, including soccer balls. The camp cannot assume responsibility for lost items INCLUDING SOCCER BALLS. Make sure all items are clearly marked with the campers name, especially the ball, and that you advise your daughter about securing her money. CONTACTING CAMPERS — There will not be phones in the PIZZA AND CONCESSIONS — Pizza and breadsticks can be rooms so campers may bring a cell phone. Campers can be reached by message at the McNutt center desk at (812) 855-1183. purchased during the day at the concessions area. These are delivered at 9:30 p.m. each night and are organized by the camp staff. No other outside vendors are permitted on campus. Security of the campers is always a priority so we ask visitors to be identified. If you visit the dorms please check-in with the dorm supervisor. Please advise grandparents and friends from the Bloomington area of this policy. SWIMMING — The IU outdoor public swimming pool is available to the campers at a cost of $2.50 per day. The IU pool is an Olympic size pool across the street from the camp housing. Licensed lifeguards are always on duty. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY — All campers who cancel, including those for medical reasons, will be refunded all prepaid fees, except a $100 handling fee, provided they cancel before July 1st. Cancellations after this date and up to 24 hours before the start of camp, will be assessed the deposit fee of $250. No refunds are given with less than 24 hours notice before the start of camp.
