Work to be done under authority of this permit is subject to the following special restrictions,
limitations, and instructions:
1 CONTACT SOIL EROSION OFFICER WHEN WORK BEGINS AND WHEN PLANS ARE
BEING MADE FOR FINAL LANDSCAPING/STABILIZATION
2 install silt fence between earth change and the lake
3 plan for storm water control off impervious surface-like at the eave line-to protect
against erosion: stone bed at eave line, recessed flower bed at eave line, etc.
4 stabilize within 5 days of final grade
5 minimize the amount of trees removed as their canopies help protect against
erosion and their roots help stabilize the soil
