Monday August 1, 3:30 Yummy Fruit Smoothie 1 pint of strawberries* 1 cup milk 1 cup plain or vanilla low fat yogurt 1/2 cup honey 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup crushed ice in a blender or food processor container, combine all ingredients; process until smooth. Serve immediately. *may substitute 2 cups of other fruit for variety Honey Caramel Sauce 1 1/2 cups of honey 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 Tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/8 teaspoon salt Combine honey and cream in heavy saucepan; cook and stir over medium-high heat until mixture reaches 238F degrees. Stir in butter, vanilla and salt. Cool. Serve over ice cream, cheesecake, pound cake etc.
