Prime Rib Beef Ribs:
Our ribs are the rib portion of the Prime Rib, these are baked on low and for
approximately 8 hours. Seasoned to perfection and served with natural juices or
BBQ sauce. These are accompanied with a baked potato, veggies, and Garlic Bread.
Phili Steak Sandwich or French Dip & A cup of Soup:
Phili: Roast Beef sliced thin and covered with sautéed onions and green peppers,
topped with melted Monterey cheese on a toasted baguette.
French Dip: Roast Beef sliced thin and simmered in a broth complimented with
rosemary and thyme on a toasted baguette and on the side au jus broth for dipping.
Both are accompanied with a cup of soup of the day.

Our Lasagna is a meat sauce simmered for over 8 hours, 3 layers of pasta, sauces
and a combination of cheeses, (Mozzarella and Chihuahua). Accompanied with
Green tossed salad and Roasted Garlic Bread.

refrigerator a full day before baking. Accompanied with REAL mashed potatoes and

Chicken Legs, thighs and breasts are seasoned and then slow roasted for at least 8
hours. Accompanied with Real mashed potato and chicken gravy, veggies and
Roasted Garlic Bread.

Large Smoked Pork Chop which is grilled and scored, Accompanied by
daily special side , veggies and roasted Garlic Bread.
