•
Please note that the price may vary depending on the purpose of the trip. When you apply for a visa
with invitation provided by SoloVisa Service, the tourist visa will be the lowest priced option. When
you apply for a double- or multiple-entry visa, the purpose of the trip can be “business trip”,
“employment”, “cultural relations”, “sports relations” or “professional driver”. It is not possible to
apply for a multiple-entry tourist visa. If that is the case, we recommend an applicant to choose
“cultural relations”. When you apply for a visa with own or tour operator´s invitation, mention it
here accordingly.

The amount of trips to Russia that applicant is planning to have. For tourism purposes only single
visas are available. For work and business purposes the applicant can require double or multiple-­‐
entry visas

When the applicant is going to travel to Russia. Thу visa will be valid starting from this day
11. Date of exit from Russia
•
When the applicant is planning to leave Russia. Maximum length of stay is 30 days for single-­‐entry
visa. It is important to make sure that the insurance validity is enough for the whole length of stay
12. How many times have you been to Russia
•
How many times the applicant has been to Russia. Kindly specify the dates of the last trip as well (if
you had any)
13. Name of host organization you intend to visit

Can be blank. Will be _illed by the travel agency 14. Route of journey •
Maximum 3 cities that applicant is going to visit should be mentioned. If visiting more than 3, mention the ones where applicant is going to spend the longest period of time. It is not enough to write “Karelia” for example, only particular cities should be mentioned 15. Do you have travel insurance that is valid in Russia? •
The name of the travel insurance company should be mentioned here
16. Children under 16 years and other relatives written in your passport and traveling with you •
