please select Zero (0) when opening an account, if you have not selected a new design at the time of your Renewal
Date you will receive the Standard Design.
Selecting a card at the time of Account Opening or at the time of card renewal is free. However, if you would like
to replace your current card before renewal date there will be a $10.00 Card Replacement Fee.
