Attention Senior Parents!
Ask your student…”Have you applied to college yet?” If their
answer is “No” then they have some work to do! Please
support them in getting their college applications completed.
All college applications should be completed by the holiday
break, in order to have the best possible chance to get
accepted into the college or university of their choice.
PSAT Score Reports
Your students PSAT Score Report should be arriving by mail to your
house in early December. Please review your students score report
with them to see the areas that they may need to focus more on for
the SAT, which students usually take for the first time in the
Spring of their Junior Year.
Parents should visit www.collegeboard.com/parents/tests for more
information on how you can help your student understand their
score report. I will also be visiting classrooms to conduct classroom
guidance lessons on the My College QuickStart tool that is accessible through collegeboard.com. This tool offers students an
individualized SAT plan and helps them to navigate through the actual PSAT test to see the areas in which they struggled the most.
If you have any questions or concerns in regards to your students
PSAT score, or would like help to understand what your students
score means, please contact me at 860-769-6600 or through email
at [email protected].

A question and answer session
is a good way to quickly capture the attention of readers.
You can either compile questions that you’ve received
since the last edition or you
can summarize some generic
questions that are frequently
asked about your organization.
A listing of names and titles of
managers in your organization
is a good way to give your

may want to list the names of
all employees.
