We offer:
In this position you will lead a research laboratory
for the development of new materials and
processes in order to improve performance of
semiconductor devices based on MOCVD. You will
analyze structure-effect relationships as well as
determine electrical and optical properties of single
film coatings, devices and device architecture.
Furthermore, you will be in charge of international
and interdisciplinary research cooperations and
collaborate closely with affiliates from other
research areas and different marketing- and
production departments.
You have successfully completed your studies in
chemistry, physics, material- or engineering
sciences with a PhD in the field of MOCVD. You
have profound knowledge in semiconductor
physics as well as experience with optical and
electrical analytical techniques for film coatings.
Furthermore, you express a strong interest in the
research and design of new materials and devices.
Excellent communication skills, high creativity and
initiative complete your profile.
