Soak in the Solstice
Water is the essential element of life. Ever since the beginning
of recorded history, the sea has been utilized to benefit our
health and beauty. At Solstice Spa we are recreating seawater
from 40 million years ago using 100% natural crystals found
3000 feet below the Canadian Prairies. The mineral infused
waters in the Equinox Pool and hot tub provide essential
minerals and trace elements, which work together to increase
biological healing and regeneration of the skin as well as
providing relief from muscle and joint pain.
Please advise us at the time of booking if you
have any health concerns including pregnancy,
high blood pressure, allergies or heart conditions,
or are currently undergoing cancer care.
Equinox Mineral Pool
Must be 13+ to access mineral pool.
13-17 years must be accompanied by a parent.
On some weekends or maximum capacity days, no
Day Passes will be issued or honored due to our
Mineral Pool being at capacity. Please call ahead
before planning a relaxing day at our Equinox
Mineral Pool .

Reflexology is a science that deals with the principle that there are
reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all of the
glands, organs and parts of the body. Reflexology is a unique method of
using the thumb and fingers on these reflex areas. Reflexology relieves
stress and tension, promotes the unblocking of nerve impulses and
helps to bring the body into a natural state of homeostasis.

Thai Hot Stem Massage

The Thai Hot Stem Massage is the ultimate massage treatment as it
combines several benefits into one wonderful experience. Your journey
of pampering begins with assisted stretching followed by a full body
massage utilizing fragrant Thai herbs. The Stems (bundle of herbs) are
moistened and steamed before being rolled on your body to heat tired
muscles, ease chronic tension, detoxify the body, and nourish the skin.

Thai Yoga Massage

We encourage you to join us at least one hour prior to your
treatment to indulge in our revitalizing mineral pool, steam
rooms and Swiss showers. These hydro therapies increase
circulation, warm the muscles and detoxify the body thus
enhancing your Solstice Spa experience. Robes, slippers,
towels, complimentary snacks and herbal teas will be provided
so you may relax and enjoy yourself in the utmost comfort.
This unique massage experience is a 2,500-year-old tradition developed
in the temples of Thailand. The treatment offers relief from tense
muscles, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and enhances
mental and spiritual harmony. Assisted stretching loosens your joints
and muscles, preparing you for your full body massage.
For teens aged 13 to 17 years, treatments do not include use
of the Equinox Mineral Pool, locker room areas, and do not
include a robe or slippers.
For this treatment, kindly bring with you loose-fitting
exercise clothes such as shorts and a t-shirt.
No oils or creams are used in this treatment.
Table massage is available upon request.

exfoliant which promotes circulation and cell renewal. You are
then melted with a head to toe application of warm chocolate oil.
Aromatherapy Massage

Using traditional and western techniques, your therapist will guide
your body’s ki energy through your system, focusing on achieving energy
balance throughout. This relaxing and healing treatment stimulates

Earthshine Renewal

Firm, lift, tone and tighten from head to toe with this regenerative body
treatment. Coconut, pear, green apple and mango…all-natural products
that fight the signs of aging on the body. We will exfoliate, pamper and
hydrate. Your skin will feel thankful and will leave with a little glow.
Sacred Nature Restore

Indulge in our all-natural Sacred Nature treatment which is
suitable for all skin types including those who have sensitive skin.
The treatment detoxifies, nourishes and protects the skin, leaving
it softer, more radiant and shielded against the ravages of nature
and premature aging. The Sacred Restore Ritual includes a full
body treatment and facial.

Borealis Flame Facial

as high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnancy or allergies.
The consumption of alcohol before or immediately after your spa
treatments is not recommended. We recommend guests do not
shave or wax before body treatments as some products can cause
irritations to fresh skin.
Soul Soothing
To ensure relaxation for our guests, we ask that all cell phones and
pagers be left in lockers while in the spa. We also ask that each of our
guests remain respectful of the tranquility of our spa for the benefit of
each and every one of our guests.
