Directional Nose Cones
Directional Nose Cones
Nose cones are used as an extension of a trap to guide animals directly from an exit/entry hole into the trap. They can be placed over entry
holes in the ground, alongside entry holes in buildings, and pretty much any den opening being used by an animal.
Nose Cone Trapping Suggestions:
TLT TIP
Bait and set a Tomahawk Live Trap. Place the nose
cone over the front of the trap, making sure not to
spring the door. Find the hole the animal has dug, and
position the opening of the nose cone directly over
the hole. The animal will emerge from its hole, funnel
through the nose cone, and enter the trap. Once it
steps on the trip pan, the door springs shut and the
animal is trapped safely inside.

Wheel Kits and Cage Cups
Wheel Kits
Tomahawk Wheel Kits are perfect for transporting large traps, especially those
containing animals. Each kit contains two wheels with 10” pneumatic tires that can
hold up to 600 lbs. Double roller bearings on each side of the wheels provide long
durability, and easy maneuverability. A light weight aircraft aluminum axle for extra
strength and durability allows for easy attachment to the bottom of the trap. The axle
can stay permanently attached and the wheels can easily be removed when the trap
is deployed.

Cage Cups
Kennel-Gear plastic cage cups are about one quart in size. The bowls are constructed of durable polypropylene and are dishwasher safe. The kits come with a bowl and
Cage Bar Mount. Our mounting systems works on kennel bars, cages, traps, chain
link fences, or you can mount the surface plate to a solid surface (thumbscrews and
back plate are not required when attaching surface mount to a solid surface).
Kennel-Gear stainless cage cups come with a bowl and Kennel Bar Mount system.
This allows you to attach the bowl to kennels, cages, traps, chain link fences or solid
surfaces (solid surface attachments do not require the thumbscrews or back plate).
Once the Kennel Bar Mount has been installed the bowl can easily be inserted into
the mount and also removed.
