ORDINANCE NO. 2713
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CHARGES FOR GARBAGE COLLECTION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE, WASHINGTON ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1- Beginning with billings after June 9,2014, charges for categories ofgarbage collection shall be
in accordance with the fee schedule setout in Schedule A, which is attached to this ordinance and by this
reference incorporated within the ordinance.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days after its passage and publication of
its summary as provided by law.
Adopted bytheCity Council and signed by its Mayor on April 8,2014.
