From M6 J17 proceed towards Crewe, at the Waitrose roundabout proceed on the A534
towards Crewe/Haslington. At the first roundabout turn left signposted Haslington
after approximately 1 mile turn left onto Holmshaw Lane and proceed for
approximately 1 mile. Hall of the Heath Farm is located on your right.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
1 Terms are CARD OR CASH on the day. The right is reserved to refuse any payments by
cheque unless prior arrangements have been made. The right is also reserved to withhold
delivery of goods until cheques have cleared the Bank and in all cases prospective
purchasers should be prepared to pay a cash deposit at the fall of the hammer. Payments
by Debit or Credit Card are accepted (small charge for the latter).
2 Delivery of electrical appliances connected to the mains will be given the day following the
sale (unless announced otherwise) after the power has been disconnected. Purchasers
should ascertain that all appliances have been isolated from the mains current before
attempting
to
remove
them.
3 Whilst all descriptions statements and items contained in this catalogue are
given in good faith the Auctioneers’ do not accept liability for error omissions or
