Index returns do not represent actual ETF performance and are for illustration purposes only. Index returns may represent performance
based on an Index methodology that differs from the methodology currently in effect. Index performance does not reflect tracking error,
charges and expenses associated with the fund, or brokerage commissions associated with buying and selling exchange traded funds.
It is not possible to invest directly in an index. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. The fund is new and therefore does not
have a performance history of its own. Performance of an index is not illustrative of any particular investment.
After-tax returns are calculated based on NAV using the historical highest individual federal marginal income tax rates and do not reflect the impact of state and local taxes. Actual
after-tax returns depend on the investor’s tax situation and may differ from those shown. The after-tax returns shown are not relevant to investors who hold their fund shares through
tax-deferred arrangements such as 401(k) plans or individual retirement accounts.
±Frequent trading of ETFs could significantly increase commissions and other costs such that they may offset any savings from low fees or costs.
*Passive management and the creation/redemption process can help minimize capital gains distributions.
Definitions: An Intraday NAV is calculated and published throughout the trading day. It is based on the last trade price of each holding listed in the basket used for creation and
redemption including estimated cash amounts. This value is used to provide an intraday relationship between the basket of securities representing the ETF and the market price of the
ETF. Price/Earnings Ratio FY1 is the closing price divided by the sum of the forecasted fiscal year earnings per share. Price/Book Ratio is the current market price of the stock divided by
the most recently reported book value for the prior fiscal year.

Important Risk Information:
Concentrated investments in a particular industry or sector may be more vulnerable to adverse changes in that industry or sector.
Currency exchange rates between the US dollar and foreign currencies may have significant volatility and may cause the value of the fund’s investments to decline.
Equity securities may fluctuate in value in response to the activities of individual companies and general market and economic conditions.
Foreign (non-US) Securities may be subject to greater political, economic, environmental, credit and information risks. Foreign securities may be subject to higher volatility than
US securities, due to varying degrees of regulation and limited liquidity.
Mid-sized companies may involve greater risks than in those of larger, better known companies, including increased volatility and periods of illiquidity.
No fossil fuel reserve ownership may have an adverse effect on a company’s profitability and, in turn, the returns of the fund.
Passively managed funds hold a range of securities that, in the aggregate, approximates the full Index in terms of key risk factors and other characteristics. This may cause the
fund to experience tracking errors relative to performance of the index.
ETFs trade like stocks, are subject to investment risk, fluctuate in market value and may trade at prices above or below the ETFs net asset value. Brokerage commissions and ETF
expenses will reduce returns.
