We should have been updating our bylaws, each coach will get one. The last time this was amended
January 2011. We also need to amend you officer, we amended this two years ago and removed the
football commissioner from eboard. The reason we did this is because if for any reason Sagebrush
needs to remove the eboard the football commissioner will take control of league. We will also be
getting a copy of the Sagebrush SOPs. How many people understand Robert’s Rules of Order, what there
are guideline on how a non-profit organization runs? There are good things about it, Gary tried to call
Robert Bates today to find out more about it.
SOP’S = the eboard will need to get together. One of the things we need to look at is the zip codes and
how we put teams together. With Galena coming aboard we need to relook at how we are going to
rebuild these teams and not destroy the teams that are already in the south.
The reason Galena would like to come over is Mike Hermann who made the rules for Syfl was sick and
tired of people breaking the rules. They only have 3 xmen in the entire league which could play in the
unlimited
Gary handed out board member application for anyone looking forward to being a board member.
Please be up front and honest about what would and could do. We need to have more people to come
and help, we would like to see more of the coaches get involved as well.

We have to vote, Mike, Darrell, Glen, Mat in has general board members.

Elethea would like to be cheer liaison, Joe Collazo would like to be football commissioner. Are we all ok
with voting them in?

Equipment: We will be having another equipment return this Saturday. We have about 300 helmets that
we need to go through, so we need to set a day that we can go through all of those.
Taxes: Trish is meeting with a different tax person, our taxes have not been done in two years thanks to
our former tax guy, and he lied to Theresa and told her that they were done but all he was doing was
filing extensions. Tami Murillo – Sagebrush Treasurer will be doing our taxes this year.
JPW Cheer got first place in regional competition so our cheer teams did well. Our unlimited went on to
Nationals. Reno finished 2nd in the nation.
Sagebrush will now have D1, DII and DIII teams in the league. Nationals is forcing our hand in it, we
means we will be evaluating teams until week 5.
We are going to talk to Jim Taylor in Sparks, his wife does there website and it awesome. So we are
going to talk to her about doing one for us.

Rosters on the 14th
Trish and Danielle are going to be making a financial aid form for parents to fill out in order to get there
kids scholarship into the league. We need to get a system in place in order to keep track of all kids that
are do have scholarships so that the parents can volunteer to help, someone needs to be in charge of
that. We need to have something like a sign-up sheet in order to keep track of these parents.
