School Order Form
Dear Parent/Carer
Your school has ensured that you are able to purchase your child’s schoolwear direct from the school.
Garments are made from hardwearing dye-fast fabrics (no fading) and produced to withstand the rigours
of school life. Each item is embroidered with the school crest. Orders for uniform should be placed with
your school by the 19th day of each month. Uniform should then be in school two to three weeks after this
date.
