Turkey Shoot News:
We are off to a great start with the Turkey Shoot. We have already shot 360 rounds to date, that’s
approximately 41% higher compared to this point last year. Great job to all! Brad and his team had a
GREAT NIGHT last Friday with 76 rounds shot, very impressive for the second week.
Everyone’s help is very much appreciated. Thank You!
I would like to ask that all members, working or not, continue to be vigilant on keeping everyone safe. As
we all know, many folks that come to the shoot have been partaking in adult beverages and may not be
using their best judgment. A few things worth mentioning, found by the membership are: two teenagers
laying on the roof of the clubhouse, small kids attempting to walk into the woods behind the range, ammo
that was attached to the stock of a gun, and a couple of folks having a wood chopping contest while
wearing sandals. Great job to all for their awareness!
Ok, on to what we need to finish this year off.
We still have a few slots to fill on the schedule; listed below. Please let me know as soon as you can what
night you can fill. The Property Monitor has been a slow position to fill. It is an important role which has
found several things that needed addressing so far. This role is important to help manage the parking of
vehicle and keep a look out for any shenanigans in the parking lot such as underage drinking, kids climbing
on roofs (Go Figure), hanging out in the clubhouse area etc.

Please remember the ECOMC HOUSE RULE #19 concerning the Ice Machine
“Members are allowed to take a maximum of 48 quarts of ice from the clubhouse ice machine prior to
embarking on a boating outing. Members are allowed to use ice when renting the club at the sole
discretion of the House Committee Chairman.”
