Remove Fertilizer Box using 9/16” Wrench

Mount 7Gal Tank to Frame
a.
Identify attachment holes
b.
Attach Tank to Frame using existing Bolts for Fert Box
1) Insert (2) Bolts into Tank Mount to anchor Tank to Frame
2) Mount Tank
3) Insert remaining (2) Bolts
4) Tighten Nuts using 9/16” Wrench

Hose Connections
1.
Convert Manifold Fittings for 7 Gal Aux Tank
a.
Remove Hose from Fitting PORT 5 (Return Port)

1) Slit Hose – Do Not cut into fitting
2) Strip Hose from Fitting (Some liquid may run)
3) Cut Hose to remove slit portion

Remove Fitting using Wrench

Install Manifold Fitting to PORT 5 (from above step)
1) Disassemble provided Manifold Fittings (prividing room to screw on parts)
D. 90deg – ½” to ½” NPT
C. Straight – ½” BHF to ½” NPT
B. Tee – ½” NPT-F
A. Straight –¾” to ½” NPT
2) Adjust Hose in Valve to clear space for next fitting

Install B. Tee – ½” NPT-F using Wrench and sealing Agent

Install D. 90deg – ½” to ½” NPT using Wrench and sealing Agent

Manifold Pump securing with Clamp

Install Return Hose to the manifold

Identify Return Hose

Ensure Brake Handle is upright (off)

Route Hoses between Tank and Brake Handle

Connect 7 Gal Return Hose to D. 90deg – ½” to ½” NPT securing with Clamp
Convert Liquid Valve Assembly for 7 Gal Aux Tank

Remove Hose from Fitting PORT 5 to remove Fittings/Filter from Port 5

Install Manifold Fitting to PORT 5 (from above step)
1) Disassemble Manifold Fittings (as the space is too tight to assemble all at once)
A. Straight – ½” to ½” NPT
B. 90deg – ½”
G. Straight – ½” BHF to ½” NPT
C. Tee – ½” NPT-F
D. Straight – ½” to ¾” NPT
E. Liquid Strainer, Inline
F. 90deg – ¾”MPT to ¾” HB

Install A. Straight- ¾” to ½” NPT using Wrench and Sealing Agent
Install B. 90deg – ½” using Wrench and sealing Agent
Install C. Straight – Tee – ½” NPT-F using Wrench and sealing Agent
Install D. Straight – ½” to ¾” NPT using Wrench and sealing Agent

6) Install E. Liquid Strainer, Inline using Wrench and Sealing Agent
a) Disassemble Filter
b) Install Fitting End using Sealing Agent
c) Re-Install Filter Housing

7) Install F. 90deg – ¾”MPT to ¾” HB using Wrench and Sealing Agent
(temporarily rotate Fitting Line horizontally to Tighten Fitting)
8) Install G. Straight – ½” BHF to ½” NPT using Wrench and Sealing Agent

Re-Install Suction Hose (removed in step a) onto F. 90deg – ¾”MPT to ¾” HB of
Suction Pump securing with Clamp
1) Clip Cable Tie
2) Ensure Hose End is clipped (Slit free)
3) Spray Silicon on Hose End for Seal
4) Install Hose
