The Local Tender cum-Purchase Committee, Jorhat invites sealed quotations from reputed
Firms/Suppliers, stationed at Jorhat, having Sales Tax Registration / VAT/TIN for supply of Barcode
Scanner and High Speed Scanner in the Office of the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, Jorhat. The

The parties should quote PAN & TIN leST registration . Rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and incidental
charges including freight charges & installation charges.
Articles should be supplied within 15 days from the date of supply order.
Prospective budde r must have the experience of supplying such good and should submit the experience certificate
along with their quotation.
Sealed envelops containing the quotation should be Super Scribed as "Supply of Barcode Scanner and High Speed
Scanner and should be addressed to the Income Tax Officer (Hqr), Jorhat, % the Pr.ClT, Jorhat .
The Bidders should furnish" Bid Security" @ of 2% of its estimated value of the work (exempted for Registered
Suppliers) to be undertaken in the form of Account Payee Demand Draft in favour of the ProCommissioner of Income
Tax, Jorhat, which should be valid for a period of 45 days beyond the final bid validity period. The bid security of the
unsuccessful bidder will be returned within 10 days of completion of bid evalution. No interest will be payable on th is
deposit.

The sealed quotation should be submitted to ITO{Hqrs), Jorhat, 1 Floor" Aayakar Bhawan" Thana Road, Jorhat by 2

p.m . of 6 January,2017 and the same will be opened at 2:30 p.m of same day. Bidders willing to attend may do so at
the time and venue specified.
Prospective Bidders may contact ITO{Hqr), Jorhat in the % the Pr.Commissioner of Income Tax, Jorhat for any
queries related to tender before submission of the Tender.
The supply order for the above mentioned particula rs shall be awarded in whole or partly to the party as per the
lowest quoted rate.
If the approved party fails to supply the articles within the specified period, the security money will be forfeited. If fo r
any reason, the office remains closed in the date of opening as stated above, the Tender opening will automatically
be done in the next working day without any change in the timing and venue .
