EXERCISE 3. Read the conversation between a coordinator from Oxford University's Student
Information Centre and Adriana Ciro, a student from Spain. Complete the conversation below

Coordinator: Welcome to the Admissions Information Centre. How can I help you?
Adriana:
Well, I’d like to get some information about the university, but before that I want to
