*Estimate decimal sums and differences

When rounding decimals, a number line can be a helpful tool. Suppose we want to round 3.24 to the nearest tenth. You need to know which two
adjacent tenths the number is between. They are 3.2 and 3.3. The next step is to know what is halfway between 3.2 and 3.3 and that is 3.25, so 3.24
