At Murray Hyundai, we decided we
wanted to keep in touch with our
friends, so we thought we would put
together a newsletter that would offer
some useful tips, news, Q&A and much
more. So here goes…

outside…
Your cars paint takes a beating during
the winter months, keeping it clean
and parked in a shady, dry place if
possible will help protect her coat.
The tires are very important, after all
they are the only part that touches
that cold hard ground, and for every
10 degrees the temperature drops,

your tire pressure drops by 1 pound.
So be sure to check your tire pressure,
its probably on the low side.
Be prepared in an emergency, its not a
bad idea to have a little care package
in the trunk or glove box. Some water,
non perishable food items and a warm
blanket couldn’t hurt if you find your
self stuck.

Chai Tea Latte
Busy lifestyle’s can always use a hand
in the kitchen so we thought we’d help
you out with some of our favorites
from the staff here at Murray Hyundai!
Crockpot Coconut Butter Chicken
4-6 Chicken Breasts or 8 boneless thighs sliced
1 can of coconut milk or cream
1 cup of chicken broth
1 can of tomato paste
Tbsp chilli paste or crushed chillis
1 can of crushed or diced tomatoes (or 3 sliced
fresh tomatoes)
3 cloves of garlic minced
2 onions diced
Olive oil
Curry, seasoning salt, black pepper etc.
(add more or less to your taste)
Sautee onions garlic till soft, add seasonings
and chicken. Once browned throw all
ingredients in crock pot. Stir well and let cook
on high for 4 hours. Stir and serve over rice or
quinoa!
2 individual tea bags
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 cup water
1 cup milk
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons refrigerated French vanilla
nondairy creamer
Whipped topping and ground nutmeg,
optional
Directions:
Place the tea bags, cinnamon, ginger
and allspice in the coffee filter of a drip
coffeemaker. Add water; brew according to
manufacturer’s directions.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine
the milk, brown sugar and creamer. Cook
and stir over medium heat until heated
through and sugar is dissolved. Pour milk
mixture into mugs; stir in tea. Dollop with
whipped topping and sprinkle with nutmeg
if desired. Yield: 2 servings.

month and previewed the design for its
first model last week in Seoul.
The G90 will be the new brand’s rangetopping model and a successor to the
Hyundai Equus, which will be phased
out. Hyundai plans to launch five more

next month as the EQ900.
