Capo, Inc. Has It Made in the Shade with Datamax-O’Neil Printers

Crystal Business Solutions provided a complete printing
alternative to Capo’s costly printhead replacements by
switching printer manufacturers. Capo, Inc. now uses the
Datamax-O’Neil I-4308 printer with Leveling Cam
Adjustment for even printhead pressure along with Loftware
label generation software.
Their expensive printhead consumption has been
dramatically reduced with the adjustable printhead
mechanism on the I-4308. Capo, Inc. currently has five
Datamax-O’Neil I-4308 printers and they also use the
DMXREW1 for rewinding printed labels. Previously, they

previous label printers were consuming printheads at a
tremendous rate and couldn’t handle the multitude of
different media which Capo, Inc. uses on a daily basis for
its many brands of sunglasses,” says Roger Dollar, owner
of Crystal Business Solutions.
