No. 66721-2 EPA Est. No. 66721-TN-001 Machine Cleaning Procedure: Empty mix from machine. Rinse machine by filling hopper with water and allowing it to circulate through the machine. Drain rinse solution. Prepare a cleaning solution of 1/8 ounce (1 packet) of Q-25 per 5 quarts (1 ¼ gallons) of water. Pour solution into mix hopper and operate machine for about 5 minutes. Drain wash solution. Completely disassemble machine and wash all disassembled parts in a clean sink using a brush and suitable detergent. Rinse parts thoroughly with clean running water. Sanitize parts by immersing in a solution of 1/8 ounce (1 packet) of Q-25 per 5 quarts (1 ¼ gallons) of water (100 ppm available chlorine.) Follow local health ordinances. Sanitizing Procedure: Reassemble machine. Prepare a fresh sanitizing solution of 1/8 ounce (1 packet) of Q-25 per 5 quarts (1 ¼ gallons of water (100 ppm available chlorine.) Fill hopper with solution and allow it to circulate through the machine for 1 to 2 minutes. Drain solution from machine. Follow local health ordinances. Sanitizing Kitchen Utensils or Equipment Procedure: 1. Scrape and pre-rinse all loose food soils from utensils and glasses. 2. Wash with suitable detergent. 3. Rinse thoroughly with clean hot water. 4. In a clean sink or container, MIX THOROUGHLY a sanitizing solution of 1/8 ounce (1 packet) of Q-25 per 5 quarts (1 ¼ gallons of water (100 ppm available chlorine.) Immerse all utensils for 1-2 minutes. Follow local health ordinances. 5. Place sanitized utensils on a rack or drainboard to air dry. Beyond Clean: 1.
