Telkom “Black Friday Online Promotion”
1.1
The Telkom “Black Friday Online Promotion” consists of the Huawei
E5573 device + Free SIM and Connection on a Smart OneRate Package
+ 5GB Telkom Data @ R149 x 24-Months.
In addition, Telkom is offering an additional 20GB once off / all Network
data, to the first X150 new Mobile Subscribers, who purchase the above
mentioned “Black Friday Online Promotion” on the Promotional period
date - 25th November 2016, via the Telkom Website - www.telkom.co.za.

These Terms and Conditions must be read together with the Telkom SA
SOC Ltd standard Terms and Conditions, which can be found at
www.telkom.co.za/terms/

“Black Friday Online Promotion” Period:
2.1
The “Black Friday Online Promotion” Period” is valid only on 25th
November 2016.
3.
Who is eligible?
3.1.
The “Black Friday Online Promotion” is only applicable to new Mobile
Subscribers, who submit an Online order via the Telkom Website
www.telkom.co.za, on the afore mentioned “Black Friday Promotion”
period” date. All applicants, should subsequently be approved and
successfully pass, the Telkom credit vetting criteria.
4.
Benefit
4.1.
An additional 20GB once off / all Network data bundle, will be allocated to
the first X150 Customer’s accounts, post the successful approval and
activation of the Telkom service.
5.
Rules
5.1.
Once the 20GB once off / all Network data Bundle has been depleted,
standard data rates will be applicable.
5.2
There will be no carry-over of unused once off / all Network data.
6.
General
6.1.
Participation in this Promotion and any benefit awarded in terms of the
Promotion, are subject to the Telkom’s standard Terms and Conditions
,this Promotions terms and conditions so far as it is necessary, required by
law.
6.2.
Telkom SA SOC Ltd reserves the right to amend the nature of the
Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, or (cancel this Promotion) upon
notice in this regard being published on www.telkom.co.za.
6.3.
The decision of Telkom SA SOC Ltd in respect of disputes which may
arise out of this Promotion will be dealt with by Telkom in terms of these
Terms and Conditions. The decision of Telkom SA SOC Ltd in this regard
will be final.
6.4.
All Customers indemnify Telkom SA SOC Ltd and their directors, officers,
employees and agents, against any and all claims for any loss or
damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from
any cause whatsoever in connection with their participation in any way
whatsoever in the Promotion.
