We are pleased to inform you that upon invitation of the different National Scout
Organizations (NSO’s), the Asia-Pacific Region (APR) and World Scout Bureau
(WSB) holding international events, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) will
organize separate contingents to represent the Philippines on the following events.

Date: 02-08 July 2014
Venue: Scout Adventure Camp, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
Participants: Scout 14 – 17 years of age
Deadline of Submission of Application Forms is on June 15,2014

2014 WONDERLAND AZERBAIJAN CAMP
Date: 10-17 July 2014
Venue: Lerik, Azerbaijan
Participants: 15-18 years old of age
Deadline of Submission of Application Forms is on June 15, 2014

COLOMBO SCOUT CENTENARY JAMBOREE
Date: 01-07 August 2014
Venue: Ygro Campsite, Madampe, Sri Lanka.
Participants: Scout 14 – 17 years of age

Date: 02-09 August 2014
Venue: Terra Nova National Park, Canada

Qualification of Participants:
Scout Applicants
Duly registered Boy and Senior Scouts
At least First Class Rank Holder for Boy Scouts and Venturer Rank
Holder for Senior Scouts
Must be physically fit and in good health
The Scout must have attended BSP Regional/National Scout
Jamboree
Adult Leader Applicants
Duly registered with the Boy Scouts of the Philippines
At least five (5) years experience as a Unit Leader, preferably
Woodbadge holder
Must be physically fit and in good health
The Unit Leader must have attended BSP Regional/National Scout
Jamboree
Mode of Selection: The National Office, BSP reserves the right to select the members
of the delegation based, firstly on qualification and secondly, on a first reservation
acceptance basis.
Based on international standards, the jamboree composition is one (1) adult leader
for every nine (9) Scouts, the approval of adult application will be dependent on the
total number of participating Scouts.
All prospective participants attending international jamboree MUST attend the prejamboree training to be conducted by the BSP National Office.

The Boy Scouts of the Philippines will provide the following supplies and equipment
which is included in the cost of participation:

Backpack (for Jamboree only)

Documentation: All applicants must be holders of a valid Philippine Passport, which
can be obtained at the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Consular Office located
in various cities/provinces in San Fernando City in La Union, Lucena City, Legazpi
City, Iloilo City, Cebu City, Cagayan de Oro City, Zamboanga City, Davao City and
Manila.

Flight Arrangement/Schedule:
Upon approval of participants’ application by the National Office, the International
Section, Field Operations Division, shall arrange the contingent flight booking,
however, should participants opt to get their own plane ticket, they must strictly
follow the contingent flight schedule below.
