Date: Saturday, December 3, 2016 Participants will have an opportunity to attend clinics and master classes, strengthen their brass techniques, develop relationships with other participants as well as our guest artists, and perform in the final concert of the evening – a large brass choir consisting of students, area brass players, educators, and guests. Band directors will be given an additional opportunity to meet with the guest artists in a Q&A session to discuss brass techniques and pedagogy. As a special bonus, participants will have the opportunity to try out a new horn! Brass specialists from Schmitt Music’s Trumpet and Low Brass shops will be there to let participants try out their vast line of brass instruments. This is sure to be an amazing event.
