The students will be researching facts about Vikings, this
information will then be used create a PowerPoint, on the
laptops, to explain the facts they have researched. We will
then present them at the end of the term.
We will be creating a stop motion based on the rainforest
they will be using a mixture of drawings, white boards and
play dough to complete these stop motions.
In groups the children will be given a different food
category. The children will need to do research to find
out the nutritional information for each piece of food. This
information will be put into a table. From this they will
create charts to explain what they discovered.

locate facts about the Forbidden City.
Creating an I-Movie- children will be making a David
Attenborough style iMovie in groups. They will create their
own dinosaur which will feature within it.
Children will choose scenes from the Moondial and they
will create a diary using the Book creator app to recreate
the first scene. The children will learn about blogging and
vlogging and in groups, will create a vlog as one of the key
characters from the story.
They will then learn how to create a PowerPoint
presentation and will present these at the end of term.
