Corey Wright will be sharing his heart and his vision for Youth ROCKS. Permission forms for upcoming trips will be available for your convenience. Please make plans to attend this important meeting. The new season of Sunday School has kicked off in the Workshop Rotation Classes with this year’s theme: Tests of Faith. More than just a story about a baby, our first lesson on the Birth of Moses focuses on the three women involved. Nameless women who have no great love for each other but put aside their dislike to raise a child. The children will recreate the roles of the 3 women in the Our Acts Workshop with Kimberly Crowe. Casey Crowe will join in to video the plays, which should be fun for all the children to watch. And just how does a baby float down the river in a basket? Well, there’s some science to this question and Gwen Keiser will help the children understand the elements of water and floating in the God’s World Workshop. In the Thou Art Workshop the children will design their own 3-D pictures of the story with the guidance of Becky Jones. And Ms. Cheryl will wrap up this rotation with the film “The Prince of Egypt.” The Workshop Rotation Classes are for children in Kindergarten through 6th grade.
