Private Party Information
Thank you for requesting information on our private parties! We offer several choices of private
painting classes that are sure to fit your budget, schedule, and group needs! At our private parties, you
choose the painting! We can even customize the colors to match everyone’s taste/décor.
In Studio - Private Parties
Minimum of 8 paying guests
Maximum of 35 guests
16 X 20 canvas
$35/person for 2 hour class
$45/person for 3 hour class
Access to the studio 30 minutes before class and 15 minutes after class
In Home - Private Parties
Minimum of 8 paying guests
Maximum of 35 guests
16 X 20 canvas
$42/person for 2 hour class
We bring everything- tables, chairs, easels, aprons, supplies
Will come to home within 15 miles of Studio
16-25 miles out of range will require a $25 travel fee
26-35 miles out of range will require a $50 travel fee
35+ miles out of range will require a $75 travel fee
In Studio Parties
The studio will be open 30 minutes prior to your class for your guests. The studio will close to guests 15 minutes
after your scheduled class time. Extra time in studio can be purchased at rate of $100/hour.
Guests arriving 20 minutes after the party starts will not be allowed to paint.
Guests are allowed to bring in anything they want to eat or drink during the party. Guests MUST be 21 years old
to drink alcoholic beverages.
Painting and Pinot will provide plates, napkins, cups, forks, and wine openers for your use.
In Home Parties
Painting and Pinot staff will arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party. We will start promptly so please
encourage guests to be on time. Most paintings take the full 2 hours. Clean up takes about 15-20 minutes.

Your date is not reserved until we have this form AND a credit card number on file. The card on file will be charged $150 if
the private party is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled party date. The card on file will also be charged the
difference if the minimum number of paying guests does not attend.

AGREEMENT
By submitting this agreement and my studio fee, I understand and agree to the services offered by Painting and Pinot as outlined in the
Private Party Information Sheet. I understand that a deposit of $150 will be charged to my credit card should I cancel my private party
within 14 days of the scheduled party and that the balance (based on number of guest in attendance) is due at the close of the party. I
am financially responsible for meeting the minimum number of guests regardless of their attendance. If serving alcohol, I take full
responsibility for their behavior and safety. Painting and Pinot, LLC is NOT liable.
