This covers the initial screening with a member of the UCD Better Bones team and an introduction to the programme during week 1 followed by 6 weeks of UCD Better Bones exercise classes tailored to improve your bone health. Also included in the package is education on Osteoporosis and strategies and exercises to reduce your risk of bone fracture. How to Register: Registration takes place at UCD Sport reception desk. You must complete the UCD Better Bones registration form and pay €150 by cash / cheque (made payable to UCD Sport) or by debit/credit card.
