Few imagined in 1962 the critical role this piece of infrastructure would play in the decades to come. We recognize how important it is to our customers and the public at large that we maintain the integrity of our system, while continuing to upgrade, expand and improve. • Over the past 10 years, Colonial has logged more than 13 million employee hours without an injuryrelated lost workday. • Over the past three years, Colonial has not experienced a single pipeline release on a single Colonial right-of-way. • Colonial has invested more than $500 million in system integrity projects, including in-line inspections, corrosion prevention work, tank inspections and right-of-way protection. • This year, Colonial’s system integrity investment will increase to $90 million, with an additional $170 million spent to upgrade pipeline controls over the next few years. ...........................................................................................................
