Your restaurant reservation date and time will be confirmed once your booking form and full payment is received
Booking times are subject to availability, reservations will be allocated on a ‘first in first served basis’
All payments valid for the listed Dinner De-Lights nights only. All payments non-refundable.
You payment includes a 2 course dinner (entrée & main) for a set number of guests. Should there be a decrease in
this set number we regret that any amounts paid cannot be offset against other menu or beverage items
Additional purchases (beverages, menu additions) made on the night must be settled/paid for at the end of your
meal
All water logistics including but not limited to transport times & wharf location are managed by & at the discretion
of Fort Denison with our preferred water taxi supplier and may be subject to change
In instances where you miss your water taxi transport we may be unable to fill your reservation at a later time or
date. In such instances we will not provide a refund
Mini tour times of the Martello Tower are at the discretion of National Parks and Wildlife Services
We reserve the right to cancel any evening and in such circumstance a full refund will be given

associated with the VIVID 2016 festival. The eastern side of the Opera House & the eastern side of the Sydney Harbour
Bridge will not be illuminated during the VIVID 2016 festival.
