Day 8
Please stand for prayer.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Let us remember that we are in the Holy Presence of God
Today we celebrate the feast day of Saint Frances of Rome. Frances decided that God’s will
for her life was to become a nun, but her father had other plans. Her father married her off to a
well to-do family where she struggled mightily. Frances fell ill and had a vision of Alexis.
Frances was asked what she wanted, and she responded, “God’s will is my will.” Frances
returned to health and began a family. As plagues and illnesses came to Rome, Frances was
able to use the wealth of her family to help all of those in the city who were in need. Saint
Frances of Rome…pray for us.
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and
sufferings of this day for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice
of the Mass throughout the world, in reparation for my sins, for the intentions of our bishops,
and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father.
Amen.
St. John Baptist de LaSalle…
Live Jesus in our hearts…
THANK GOD ALMIGHTY...
PRAY FOR US.
FOREVER,
I AM A RAIDER.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Please face the flag for the Pledge of Allegiance
